At Parshall, we're building something different.

As a growing company specializing in professional tree care, lawn care, and pest control services, we're committed to raising the standard of our industries through exceptional service, operational excellence, and a team of people who take pride in what they do.

We believe strong leadership is fundamental to our success. As we continue to expand, we're looking for individuals who want to do more than manage operations. We want leaders who take ownership, develop people, drive performance, and contribute to the long-term growth of the organization.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead the overall operations, performance, and profitability of one of our branch locations.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple service divisions, developing Field Managers, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring our standards for safety, professionalism, and customer experience are consistently upheld.

The Branch Manager serves as the primary connection between branch operations, company leadership, and our Shared Service Team. This individual plays an essential role in translating company strategy into successful daily execution.

The right candidate is a confident, solutions-oriented leader who understands how to balance people and performance while building a strong, accountable team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Field Managers across Tree Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control operations.
  • Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards throughout the branch.
  • Conduct Career Path Performance Reviews and support employee career development.
  • Partner with company leadership on hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

Branch Operations & Performance

  • Oversee daily operations across all service divisions within the branch.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, resource utilization, production, and service execution.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain consistency in service quality, customer satisfaction, and company standards.
  • Oversee branch facilities, equipment, vehicles, and operational resources.

Financial Management & Profitability

  • Take ownership of overall branch financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational expenses.
  • Manage branch budgets and monitor performance against established financial goals.
  • Review expenses, invoices, and cost allocations to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, control costs, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to support sustainable financial growth.

Business Growth & Strategic Execution

  • Support sales initiatives and revenue growth across all service divisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure service capacity aligns with business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, expand services, and strengthen branch performance.
  • Implement company initiatives, operational improvements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the continued development and scalability of Parshall's operations.

Communication & Organizational Alignment

  • Serve as the primary operational connection between the branch, company leadership, and Shared Service Team.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication across departments and leadership levels.
  • Proactively communicate operational challenges, opportunities, and branch needs.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and expectations are effectively implemented throughout the branch.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who combines strong operational experience with a genuine ability to develop people and drive results.

Ideal qualifications include:

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams, departments, or service-based operations.
  • Experience overseeing operational budgets, financial performance, and profitability.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience in production-based, route-based, or field service industries.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable while maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Confidence working with operational technology, scheduling systems, and performance reporting.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience in tree care, lawn care, pest control, or related service industries is valuable, but we also recognize the transferable leadership experience found in other operational environments.

Above all, we're looking for someone who demonstrates integrity, accountability, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
