International forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Branch Manager, including Moving Department Manager role.Branch Management

•     Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies.Supervise and support branch staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.Moving Department Management
•     Drive company vehicles and participate in moving work as needed, including packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, palletizing, breaking pallets, vanning/devanning, and warehousing.Conduct job estimates, confirm customer requirements, and ensure services are delivered to meet expectations.
•     International Mover experience required (hands-on packing, loading/unloading, warehouse work, customer interaction).Ability to drive company vehicles (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).
•     Bilingual: Japanese (business-level, for customer service) and English (for internal communication).Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Willingness to balance physical moving duties with branch management responsibilities.Car allowance - $600 per month
