What You''ll Do:

Leadership

  • Lead and develop service, project, and administrative personnel.
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor future leaders within the organization.

Operations

  • Drive operational excellence and execution.
  • Improve productivity, utilization, and customer responsiveness.
  • Ensure projects and service activities are delivered safely and profitably.

Business Development

  • Strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Support strategic account growth.
  • Identify new opportunities within industrial refrigeration and cold storage markets.

Financial Performance

  • Manage branch profitability and operational performance.
  • Monitor budgets, labor efficiency, utilization, and margin performance.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth.

Safety

  • Champion an industry-leading safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IIAR, and company safety standards.

What We''re Looking For:

  • Leadership experience within industrial refrigeration, mechanical contracting, construction, service operations, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of service operations and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to develop teams and improve organizational performance.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
