    Description

    Primary Function The Branch Manager II plans and manages the branch operations to ensure efficient and profitable parts and service. The role provides effective customer relation activities designed to enhance continuing services use by customers.Essential DutiesCustomer Service and Operational Oversight

    Financial and Asset Management

    Team Leadership and Workforce Development

    Recruit, hire, develop, and retain qualified employees for service and parts operationsProvide performance management including coaching, career planning, training recommendations, and performance reviewsEnforce company policies related to safety, conduct, and workplace standardsMaintain a professional and positive workplace cultureManage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions and separations when necessary

    Compliance, Safety, and Business Development

    Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements including inspections, hazardous waste management, and environmental controlsPromote workplace safety through training, toolbox talks, accident reporting, and workers' compensation managementEnsure completion of safety training and required drug testing programsParticipate in divisional planning and collaborate with Product Support leadership to improve operational performance and profitabilityDevelop and monitor annual parts and service budgets to ensure effective resource utilizationConduct customer visits and participate in regional and divisional meetings to support business growth and service initiatives

    Minimum RequirementsEducationAssociates degree in related field; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.Work Experience

    5+ years of service industry experience.7+ years of service industry experience (Assoc. Degree).3+ years of Management experience.Equivalent combinations of the above experience may be considered.

    Physical

    Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, and drive routinely and regularly.

    Other

    Must have PC experience and be competent with Windows Office, especially Excel, Word and MS Outlook.Valid driver's license with safe driving record required.
