Your Role
As the Branch Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage administrative and clinical teams, and drive business growth. Your efforts will be focused on ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining high-quality patient care, and fostering a supportive and dynamic team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Manage operational activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Develop strategies to drive growth and client acquisition.
- Build relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
- Maintain quality assurance protocols to continuously improve care services.
- Effectively manage all aspects of the office including, hiring, client oversight, scheduling and on-call duties as required to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and business growth.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software.
