Summary: Manage all aspects of branch operations under the supervision of the Market President.

Responsibilities: Oversee all operations, customer service, branch security and more. Ensure each employee is providing unparalleled service by motivating your staff and conducting customer service training. Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace the bank's sales and cross-servicing culture by learning and having knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements: You have an aptitude for financial services and a minimum of one year of supervisory/management experience or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent of 5+ years experience in the banking industry and possess basic knowledge of Human Resource procedures.
