Required skills or qualifications: Provide hands-on leadership and oversight of daily plant operations, including startup, shutdown, production, maintenance, reliability, product quality, equipment performance, inventory and abnormal operating conditions. Maintain a strong field presence and sufficient operational knowledge to recognize problems, ask appropriate questions and lead the team toward resolution.
