LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing construction services organization on a search for a Branch Manager in the Dallas Metro area. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of Branch operations, including sales, customer service, financial performance, employee development, and operational execution. The Branch Manager will serve as the face of the business in the local market, driving growth while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an individual who enjoys leading teams, building customer relationships, and managing a fast-paced service operation. This role is offering a salary between $115K - $120K + bonus.
