The Branch Manager is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Lead daily branch operations and supervise, coach, train, and develop branch staff while ensuring exceptional member service and efficient workflow.
- Oversee consumer lending activities, including reviewing and underwriting loan applications, making credit decisions within assigned authority, preparing loan documentation, and supporting loan funding.
- Manage operational compliance and quality control, including branch audits, new account and loan file reviews, BSA/AML/OFAC monitoring, and adherence to applicable banking regulations.
- Support real estate lending activities, including Home Equity and Second Trust Deed loans, appraisal and title review, mortgage lending, and loan modifications.
- Oversee collection activities across consumer and real estate loan portfolios, including delinquency management, bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, and account modifications.
- Partner with executive leadership on operational improvements, internal and external audits, policy and procedure development, regulatory changes, corrective actions, and special projects.
- Experience with operational processing for card services, ACH, and exception processing.
- 2 years branch Management experience
- Previous experience with a lending background required
