    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Eagan location. Your primary mission is straightforward: build a great team, attract new customers, and retain them by delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable
    • Creating an engaging and productive workplace culture
    • Leading daily morning meetings and maintaining strong communication with the team
    • Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining employees
    • Monitoring staffing levels and helping the branch maintain the capacity needed to grow
    • Overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and service execution
    • Addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution
    • Monitoring service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance
    • Following up with prospective customers and supporting sales growth
    • Managing key branch metrics, expenses, revenue, and profitability
    • Identifying problems, developing solutions, and following through
    • Partnering with experienced company leadership to achieve branch goals
    This is a hands-on leadership role—not a desk-only management position. The right person will be visible, engaged, comfortable solving problems, and willing to take ownership of results.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Has previous leadership, management, or team-development experience
    • Enjoys working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment

    • Communicates directly, professionally, and respectfully
    • Is comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance issues

    • Is organized, dependable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
    Experience in residential services, hospitality, retail, staffing, operations, or another people-intensive business is helpful but not required.

    Position Perks

    • No regularly scheduled weekends or holidays
    • Daytime, first-shift work schedule

    This position also includes a performance-based incentive structure tied to branch growth and results. As the branch grows, you will have the opportunity to grow your compensation with it.

    Schedule and Requirements

    • Full-time, Monday through Friday
    • The team you support generally works between 7:30 a.m.. and 5:00 p.m.
    • The Branch Manager must have the flexibility required to support daily business operations
    • Must have dependable transportation and valid automobile insurance
    • Must successfully complete a nationwide criminal background check and drug screening
