    Position Overview

    A well-established commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware contractor is preparing to hire a Branch Manager to lead and scale its Pacific Northwest operation. This role requires a senior-level Division 8 professional with strong operational leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to run a branch as a business.

    This is a high-impact leadership position with full responsibility for branch performance, people, and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full P&L ownership for the branch

    • Oversee branch operations including staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and execution

    • Lead and manage Project Managers, Estimators, and operational staff

    • Drive productivity, accountability, and performance standards

    • Ensure strong backlog management and operational efficiency

    • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and branch performance

    • Maintain high standards of client service and internal execution

    Candidate Profile

    • Senior Division 8 (Doors, Frames & Hardware) industry experience required

    • Proven experience running teams and operations at the branch or regional level

    • Strong understanding of financials, budgeting, and P&L management

    • Ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable

    • Operationally driven; execution-focused leader

    • Willingness to relocate to the Pacific Northwest (if not local)

    Performance Expectations

    • This is not an entry-level or developmental role

    • Client is seeking a top-tier industry leader

    • Strong historical performance required (high producers, strong operators)

    • Ability to step in and stabilize, lead, and grow the branch

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000

    • Incentive: Branch performance bonus (structure TBD)

    • Relocation Assistance: Available
