As Branch Manager, you’ll set the vision, build on the strengths of a dedicated team, and shape a profitable, high-performing operation that becomes a model for the region.
You’ll lead an energized mix of seasoned pros and rising talent, partner with high-profile commercial clients, including event centers, resorts, and multi-location portfolios, and develop the next generation of Sprague leaders. If you’re a versatile, growth-minded pest control leader who loves building teams, solving problems, and seeing people succeed, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact and grow your career with a company that has been investing in its people for 100 years.

Provide visible, consistent leadership that builds trust, clear direction, and a positive, stable culture where people want to stay and grow
Set clear expectations and pair accountability with hands-on coaching that helps every team member grow
Recruit great people and build a strong bench of talent to fuel the branch’s growth
Identify, develop, and mentor emerging leaders, building a pipeline of future Sprague leaders from within the team
Onboard, train, and support new team members so they quickly become confident, capable contributors

Keep many moving pieces on track across an expansive Sacramento-to-Bay-Area-to-Reno territory, adapting plans and resources as the business grows
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery through effective scheduling, routing, and resource planning
Client Relationships & Business Development:
Build lasting partnerships with high-profile commercial clients, including multi-location portfolios such as event centers and resorts
Lead the branch to success in third-party audits, delivering service, documentation, and results that exceed client and auditor expectations
Bring a solutions-focused approach to complex client needs, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen relationships
Drive profitable revenue growth by pursuing new opportunities across the territory aligned with Sprague’s value proposition
Partner with sales and account management to grow and retain the branch’s commercial book of business
Compliance & Safety:
Own branch quality and safety outcomes by setting standards and holding leaders accountable
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
Maintain audit-ready practices and proactively address risk and quality issues through continuous improvement
