Auto-Chlor System is hiring a sales-driven Branch Manager for our Colorado Springs, CO location. This role leads a route-based service and sales operation, serving customers across hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, owning results, and growing revenue through service.

What You'll Do
- Lead a service + sales branch, owning revenue, retention, and performance
- Coach and develop route and sales employees in the field
- Drive sales growth through service, upgrades, and customer relationships
- Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, this is not a desk-only role
- Partner with regional leadership on budgets, KPIs, and branch goals
- Support on-call coverage during training to understand the operation end-to-end
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading route-based, multi-site, or field teams
- Proven sales aptitude, revenue growth, account ownership, upselling, or territory management
- Background in B2B service, distribution, foodservice, facilities, or hospitality
- Comfortable leading teams you don't see all day
- Mechanically curious and solutions-oriented (we'll train the technical side)
- Willing to travel during the first 4 months of training only
