Responsibilities:
As a Branch Manager, you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Extensive training will prepare you to apply business acumen to revenue growth through achieving the highest customer satisfaction.

You will:
- Lead a branch business with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and employee engagement
- Create and sustain a high-performance culture focused on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational execution
- Drive sales performance by coaching sales activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and holding teams accountable for results
- Develop and mentor sales, service, administrative, and leadership team members to maximize performance and career growth
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across multiple functions
- Conduct regular field coaching, performance evaluations, and development planning
- Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and customer retention
- Manage branch financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, labor management, and expense control
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Partner with your team to identify growth opportunities within existing and new customer markets
- Build brand awareness and business opportunities within the local community
- Assume full leadership of a branch operation upon successful completion of training

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking leaders who combine strong business acumen with a passion for developing people and driving results.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, retail, service, logistics, hospitality, or other performance-driven environments
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and business performance
- Experience coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Strong understanding of business metrics, performance management, and customer retention strategies
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational metrics, or P&L performance preferred
- Ability to motivate teams, influence performance, and create accountability
- Sales leadership or business development experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain required pesticide licensing/certification (Company Paid)
- Willingness to relocate within the region following completion of the management training program

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role combines leadership responsibilities with occasional field engagement and requires the ability to:
- Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight limits
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and other confined areas as needed
- Work in various weather conditions
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary
