A respected agricultural and construction equipment dealership is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing location and drive continued growth. What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop sales, parts, service, and administrative teams.
• Oversee all branch operations and drive operational excellence.
• Own branch performance, profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Strengthen customer relationships and expand market share.

• Balance field leadership with day-to-day operational oversight.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of leadership experience in an agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or related dealership environment.
• Proven success managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, parts, and service.
• Solid business acumen, communication skills, and leadership presence.
• A track record of improving performance and developing people.
