Job Duties:
As a Moneytree Branch Manager,you will provide vision, leadership, and direction to ensure the Branch adheres to Moneytree’s business policies and employment practices. You will also safeguard vault assets, provide each Customer with uncommonly friendly service, process Customer transactions (originate loans, cash checks, etc.), ensure the Branch opens and closes safely on time, and create a work environment that is professional, productive, and safe. Job duties include:
- Adhere to Moneytree’s policies, procedures, and guidelines. Promptly address and correct performance lapses, following the appropriate steps.
- Comply with federal and state laws and audit documents for compliance with all regulations.
- Strictly adhere to Moneytree’s security and safety guidelines, including opening and closing procedures, and respond immediately and appropriately to Branch emergencies.
- Comply with Moneytree’s employment practices, including maintaining a fair and equitable workplace. Demonstrate fairness, objectivity, and sensitivity. Take the appropriate steps to prevent and stop inappropriate workplace conduct.
- Ensure changes to policies and procedures are promptly communicated and trained, and follow up as needed.
- Clearly define Team Member expectations and provide ongoing feedback, direction, training, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and recognition.
- Maximize team performance by focusing on common goals, identifying team and individual needs, and varying roles and involvement of the team and individuals to meet current needs.
- Schedule Team Member work hours and breaks to ensure the highest quality of service for our Customers during operating hours.
- Participate in consensus decision-making with the upper management team. Promptly bring operational, facility, and Team Member concerns to the attention of the District Manager.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of Customer and Company information and systems.
- Be a role model in attitude, motivation, professionalism, and performance.
- Assist with handling challenging and escalated Customer transactions.
- Perform the duties of a Vault Teller, including but not limited to, exhibiting extraordinary customer service in each interaction with Customers and coworkers; working in a friendly, cooperative, respectful, and compliant manner; completing Customer transactions efficiently and correctly; adhering to cash handling and data management expectations; consistently and precisely balancing a till; determining Branch inventory needs, ordering, receiving, depositing, and distributing cash and other inventory; showing genuine interest in each Customer and striving to exceed expectations; daily facility cleaning; presenting a professional image in conduct, appearance, and hygiene; consistently reporting to work on time and as scheduled.

Qualifications
- Strong initiative and leadership skills
- Management experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, or other related field
- Cash handling, keyboarding, and basic math skills

Branch hours: Mon-Fri 9 am-7 pm, Sat 10 am-5 pm
