Our client is a well-established and growing
Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a
Branch Director for their location in the
Philadelphia PA market. Medicare Home Health leadership experience is required. The branch leader will lead operations, clinical performance, census growth, and financials. A registered nurse is strongly preferred.
Branch Director Job Requirements - Medicare Home Health branch leadership experience is required.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare Home Health rules and regulations including OASIS/PDGM.
- Financial and business development background.
- Registered Nurse is highly preferred.
Branch Director Job Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Work with Sales staff to grow census.
- Improve and implement processes and procedures.
