Your day will be filled with exciting interactions as you assist customers in using library materials, checking items in and out, and helping them acquire requested items. You’ll keep an eye out for any returned items needing attention and help patrons establish new library cards or replace lost ones.Are you the Branch Assistant we're looking for?To be successful as a Branch Assistant at the Shawnee Branch, you'll bring a balance of strong customer service skills and comfort with everyday technology.
