Pay: 23.00 per hour or higher based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4 10s with 3 day weekends

PRO Resources is hiring an experienced Brake Press Shear Operator for a 1st shift opening in Avilla. If you have hands on press brake or shear experience and want a steady 4 day schedule, apply today.
What you will do:
Set up and operate press brakes to form sheet metal parts to print
Set up and operate shears to cut material to size
Read blueprints and work orders to determine bend sequences, dimensions, and tolerances
Set back gauges, select and change tooling, and make adjustments during runs
Inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, protractors, and angle gauges
Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
Skills and experience:
Previous press brake or shear operating experience required
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Accurate with measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Basic shop math, including fractions and decimals
CNC press brake controls experience a plus
Forklift or overhead crane experience a plus
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Able to stand for a 10 hour shift and lift up to PLACEHOLDER lbs
Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset
