CNC Brake Press Operator – Tulsa, OK
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour to start, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK
HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC and manual brake press machines, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce precision sheet metal parts according to specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual brake press machines to bend and form sheet metal parts.
- Program, set up, adjust, and operate CNC Brake Press equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Determine proper bending sequences and machine settings.
- Perform shop math and make accurate measurements.
- Troubleshoot machine or production issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain quality standards and inspect finished parts for accuracy.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.
Equipment Experience
Experience with the following equipment is highly preferred:
- 14' Accurpress
- 13' LVD
- 16' Cincinnati with PC800 control system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of brake press setup and operating experience.
- Experience with both CNC and manual brake press machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong shop math skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make machine adjustments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
