Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join their manufacturing team. This position will operate CNC brake press equipment to form metal components while meeting quality and production standards.

The right candidate will have experience reading mechanical drawings and working with dimensions and measurements. Operators may also have opportunities to cross-train in insert machines, fabrication assembly, and other fabrication operations.

Responsibilities

• Previous brake press experience required (2-3 years minimum)

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings

• Ability to understand standard and metric measurements

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions

• Must be willing to complete brake press testing, if required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift

• Frequent lifting/moving of up to 30 lbs

• Occasional lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work around moderate to loud manufacturing noise
