If you like working with equipment, solving problems, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you'll fit right in.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently. Your day may include:Adding palatants and color dyes to finished productOperating a forklift to move finished totes to the warehouse and packaging areasMoving oils and other materials throughout the facilitySetting up and calibrating pumps for each production runAdjusting cooling towers as neededRecording production information and printing labelsMonitoring internal communications for changes to production runsWeighing totes that have been reworkedCleaning totes and assisting with equipment cleaningParticipating in dry and wet equipment cleansHelping cover breaks and supporting teammates when neededNo two days are exactly the same. You'll stay moving, work with equipment, and be an important part of keeping production on schedule.YOUR SCHEDULE1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM+$1.50/hour shift differential3rd shift: Monday-Friday 10pm-630am + $3.00/hour shift differentialWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORYou don't have to know everything on day one.
