Caston High School is in search of a varsity boys' wrestling coach for the 2026-2027 season.
Job Description: Varsity Boys' Wrestling Coach
Job Description Requirements: Perform the normal duties of a varsity wrestling coach
including, but not limited to:
Overseeing a K-12 program (coaches, budget, youth camps, skill development etc.)
Participate and support Caston High School's strength and conditioning program
Attend all head coach meetings with the athletic director
Participate in the department's athletic council
Adhere to all IHSAA guidelines for your sport
Hold pre and post season meetings with your athletes
Meet all guidelines and due dates for athletic paperwork (rosters, NFHS courses, media
etc.)
While in season, conduct a parent meeting to review all team and athletic
policies/expectations
While in season, develop practice plans, match strategy, and skill development
Organize and inventory all sport-specific equipment
Turn in season stats/awards and program history to the athletic department at the end of
each season
Organize off-season/summer open facility programs
All other coaching duties set by the athletic director
Rate of Pay: Per ECA contract
