A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Head Coach at the high school level is preffered.

Candidates must exhibit effective coaching methodologies and possess a comprehensive understanding of the sport''s rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques. The ability to cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with fellow Head Coaches, school administrators, opponents, staff, parents, and students is essential.
