Summary of Position:
Assist customers with bowling.
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests.
Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
- Follows proper cash handling procedures
- Help guest with shoe sizes
- Set up bowling lane payment in register, collects payment, and make change
- Make sure customers are following safe bowling practices, informs manager on duty of any action is necessary
- Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
- Keeps area clean during and after customers are bowling
- Keeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Make sure bowling balls are put up after guest are finished
- Make sure all bowling shoes are properly disinfected.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
