About the Role:YogaSix in Glen Mills, PA is looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our boutique fitness studio to new heights. Responsibilities:- Oversee all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a seamless and premium member experience
- Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of front desk staff and instructors
- Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow studio visibility
- Monitor studio KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to meet targets
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and brand compliance
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio culture aligned with the YogaSix brand
Requirements:- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Proven track record in sales, membership growth, or business development
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing staff schedules
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with studio management software (ClubReady or similar platforms a plus)
- Passion for yoga, fitness, and the wellness industry
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Compensation & Earning Potential:- Base Salary: $55,000 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 per year
