Required Skills for a Production Operator
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems
- Good communication skills for coordination with team members and suppliers
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with warehouse management software
- Knowledge of Bosch’s operational standards and procedures
- Basic understanding of supply chain regulations and safety protocols
Requirements / Qualifications of a Production Operator
- Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong work history may be considered
- Comfortable using hand tools (ex: drills, impact drivers, wrenches, measuring tools)
- Ability to follow written instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift schedule
- Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 30–50 lbs (based on assignment)
- Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
- Commitment to safety standards and best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles
