Responsibilities- Set up and operate Mazak Boring Mill machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Utilize G-Code knowledge to troubleshoot, edit, and run machining programs
- Produce high-quality parts in a small-batch manufacturing environment
- Monitor machine performance and verify product quality throughout production
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
- Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
Qualifications- Previous Boring Mill machining experience required
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with
G-Code programming
- Experience operating Mazak equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications
