We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeping/Accounting Supervisor must be fluent in reading and writing Chinese to oversee our company's financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide strategic financial decisions. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - AP/AR
- Payroll Reporting
- Cash Management
- Income/Sales Tax
- Coordination with external Audits
- Record management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform and Oversee daily bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports on variances.
- Conduct financial forecasting and develop long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance
Requirements: - Must be fluent in reading and writing Chinese
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
