A growing Tulsa company is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, office administration, purchasing, payroll support, and inventory management.
This is a hands-on role for an organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and helping keep operations running smoothly. This position is an onsite accounting job in a business casual office.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process customer payments, deposits, and collections follow-up
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
Prepare and review payroll data for bi-weekly payroll processing
Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials and supplies
Oversee general office operations and administrative functions
Assist leadership with reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping, office management, or accounting support experience
Requires experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and purchasing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
