• Kick off the day in QuickBooks—knocking out invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Stay on your toes with client requests, vendor calls, and the occasional curveball
• Wrap up with clean books, quick reports, and everything organized for success

• 4+ years of bookkeeping experience (small environment preferred)
• Proven QuickBooks experience
• Solid AP/AR, payroll knowledge and general accounting
• Maturity, professionalism, and a client-service mindset
• High attention to detail
