Aspen Personnel Service has been hired by a well-established, locally owned manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll Processing
• General Ledger Maintenance
• General Accounting Support
• Miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Experience with Sage accounting software preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Mature, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Pleasant attitude with a strong work ethic

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation

• $25-$30 per hour DOE
