Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a collaborative accounting team supporting multiple clients and financial operations. This Bookkeeper role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day accounting process, maintaining accurate records, and working in a highly communicative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper
- Process and pay client bills accurately and on time using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements
- Prepare and file sales tax returns as needed
- Export and analyze data in Excel for reporting purposes
- Communicate with banks and external parties regarding financial information
- Assist with additional bookkeeping and accounting projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper
Required:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel and financial reporting processes
Preferred:
- QuickBooks experience
- CCH Tax software experience
