Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate:

• Process payroll for multiple client accounts
• Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections activities
• Handle accounts payable processing and vendor payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations
• Post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Support bookkeeping and accounting functions for an average portfolio of 15 clients

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate:

• 4+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience required
• Experience managing multiple clients, entities, or locations preferred
• Public accounting and/or Sage experience is a plus
