We are a small family-owned HVAC company primarily working in the commercial industry. We are looking for a long-term 40hr/week bookkeeper/secretary that is proficient in QuickBooks Desktop.
Bookkeeper is expected to perform daily bookkeeping tasks including billing, invoicing, service tickets, email and phone response, and assisting the office manager with daily duties. Completeing AIA documents, pulling permits, and time card reconciliation is also expected.
Excellent knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
History in the construction industery preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of AIA documents.
A fourth-generation family-owned HVAC business that has been in operation since 1969. We typically manage around 10 staff members including service technicians, installers, and management. Hudson Heating & Cooling, Inc. is primarily focused in dealing with commercial installation. We do however perform light commercial and residential service as well.
