Growing HVAC and fuel delivery company is seeking an experienced, dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Customer billing and payment posting
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Vendor invoices and statements
• Payroll assistance
• General bookkeeping and recordkeeping
• Past-due account follow-up
• Month-end accounting support

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• HVAC, fuel delivery, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
