**Bookkeeper and Office Coordinator | Edina, MN | $60,000 to $68,000
**
Own the books for a respected, values-driven professional services firm, and be the person who makes the office run. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of $60,000 to $68,000, an employer-paid 75% of your health insurance premium, a retirement plan with a 3% company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and employer-paid FMLA insurance. You will work directly with the COO and CFO, with real visibility into how the business runs.
**Why This Role, Why Now
**
Our client is a leadership development firm with a growing book of business and a culture built on encouragement and healthy accountability. They need a bookkeeper who wants to own the full cycle, not just one piece of it, and who enjoys being the welcoming face of the office. If you are tired of being one of many in a big accounting department, this is a chance to be the go-to person.
**About the Company

An established organizational effectiveness firm in the southwest Twin Cities that coaches and develops leaders at hospitals, professional services firms, and well-known Minnesota organizations. Small, close in-house team supported by a network of independent coaches. The office is relocating from Edina to Eden Prairie.
