Bookkeeper | $22 - $30/hour | Dowagiac, MI
A local organization is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with payroll processing
- Prepare reports and support month-end activities
- Communicate with vendors and customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills
