Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist
Location: Novi, MI | Onsite | Full-time
Salary: Up to $30/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist:
• Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple business clients
• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
• Support payroll, sales tax, and 1099-related activities
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related field, or equivalent coursework/certification
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay
