Bookkeeper (Accounting Clerk)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid - 4 days in office during training; after training, in office Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday remote)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Job Description

• Cash sheet reconciliation (balancing a checkbook)
• Payroll processing (timecard and commission only; third-party service handles the remainder)
• Posting general ledger activities, including bank and payroll entries

Qualifications

• Strong reconciliation and payroll skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, Sage, or NetSuite
• Confident, communicative personality

Preferred:

• 2+ years of hands-on, GAAP-based bookkeeping experience
