seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and office operations. This position is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, bank reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, maintains confidentiality, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Record and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and employee time records
- Prepare deposits and reconcile bank accounts
- Generate reports and assist with month-end accounting activities
- Maintain organized files and accounting documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and employees
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
