Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly closing procedures
- Process weekly payroll
- Review financial statements and reports
- Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow on a regular basis
- Assist with compliance documentation
- Manage data entry and maintain organized financial filing systems
Requirements:- Accounting \ Bookkeeping entry level position
- Knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
