    Description

    Do you enjoy helping people, and have a talent for keeping details organized?

    We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist clients by coordinating itineraries, organizing important information, communicating updates, and making sure each client feels supported from the beginning of their journey to the end.

    This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, learning new systems, and helping turn travel plans into memorable experiences.

    Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and continued support are provided.

    What You'll Do

    • Learn about each client's travel preferences, priorities, and goals
    • Assist with itineraries, schedules, confirmations, and trip details
    • Provide clear and professional updates throughout the planning process
    • Organize information and keep important deadlines on track
    • Help clients feel informed, prepared, and supported
    • Contribute to a smooth travel experience from planning through departure

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong communication and listening skills
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage several tasks and timelines
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
    • Basic confidence using email, apps, and online platforms
    • Dependable, positive, and willing to learn

    Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, planning, or coordination is helpful, but not required.
