Booking Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Booking Specialist with a "go-getter" mentality. In this role, your number one priority is keeping our electrical technicians busy. You won’t just be waiting for the phone to ring—you will actively chase leads, follow up on missed opportunities, and turn unbooked estimates into scheduled jobs. Compensation
Pay: $20.00- $25.00/hour average earning potential
$15.00-$17.00/hour base pay + uncapped weekly bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to earn more.
Please note: The $20.00-$25.00/hour figure represents average total earnings, including bonuses. The guaranteed base pay for this position is $15.00-$17.00/hour. Bonuses are uncapped and based on performance, so actual earnings may vary.
Top Priority: Fill the Board
Your primary mission is to ensure our dispatch boards are consistently full of highly qualified, efficiently scheduled jobs for our electricians to run.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Lead Management & Outbound Outreach
- Chase the Leads: Rapidly contact and follow up with all incoming leads via phone calls and text messages to secure bookings.
- Reclaim Lost Opportunities: Actively reach out to unbooked leads, cancelled calls, and paused electrical estimates to win back business.
- Outbound Campaigns: Execute targeted outbound calling and texting campaigns to existing and potential clients to generate new work.
Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination
- Collaborate with Dispatch: Work closely with our dispatchers to ensure the right electrical jobs are booked in the right time frames, matching technician skillsets to the calls and optimizing routes.
- Maximize Technician Time: Strategically schedule jobs to keep the board full, minimizing downtime and drive time for our electricians.
Inbound Customer Care
- Be the Voice of the Company: Answer incoming calls with a positive, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Problem Solve: Address customer inquiries, resolve electrical service concerns, and ensure a five-star customer experience from the first point of contact.
- Data Accuracy: Diligently update customer profiles, lead statuses, and job notes accurately in ServiceTitan.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- The "Go-Getter" Attitude: You are hungry, self-motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone and make outbound calls.
- Resilience & Persuasion: You handle objections well and know how to politely but effectively guide a customer toward booking a job.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone presence.
- Organized Multi-tasker: Ability to juggle answering inbound calls, sending text follow-ups, and managing a busy schedule board without missing a beat.
- Tech-Savvy & ServiceTitan Experience: You are comfortable navigating CRM/scheduling software, texting platforms, and multi-line phone systems. Prior experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred, but not required.
