Booking Representative

$17.00–$19.00/hour + commission | Paid Training | On-Site

Sparta Networking is hiring outgoing, customer-focused team members to help customers explore and book vacation packages.

This isn't a traditional travel-agent position, and previous travel experience is not required. You'll work with customers by phone, walk them through available vacation options, answer questions, and help turn their interest into a completed booking.

If you're comfortable talking with people, enjoy helping customers make decisions, and like the opportunity to earn commission, this could be a strong fit.

What Your Day Looks Like

You'll handle incoming customer conversations and help with things such as:

• Reviewing vacation packages and available travel options
• Explaining pricing, promotions, dates, and package details
• Helping customers choose an option that works for them
• Completing new reservations and bookings
• Offering upgrades or additional package options when appropriate
• Updating existing reservations and customer information
• Entering booking details accurately into the system
• Answering general questions before and after a reservation
• Providing a positive customer experience from the first call through booking

This role combines customer service, reservations, and sales. You should be comfortable guiding a conversation and asking the customer to move forward with a booking.

Schedule Options

Several schedules are currently available:

Weekday Day Shift
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Weekday Evening Shift
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–10:00 PM

Four-Day Schedule
Saturday–Tuesday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Part-Time Weekend
Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

What We're Looking For

You don't need a travel background. We're more interested in people who can communicate well and are comfortable working with customers.

You should be:

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Friendly, confident, and professional
• Willing to recommend products and ask for the sale
• Motivated by commission opportunities
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Accurate when entering customer and booking information
• At least 18 years old

Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, call centers, retail, inside sales, tourism, hotels, or phone sales can be helpful but is not required.
