Nature of Work:
The Booking Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and financial functions of the Booking Department, helping ensure the booking process remains organized and efficient from initial inquiry through event settlement. The position assists with calendar management, offers and booking documentation, rental inquiries, event and department tracking, internal communications, and settlement preparation and processing.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Qualifications:
Minimum
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant experience in live entertainment, venue operations, booking, event management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience working in a venue, live entertainment, booking, or event environment.
Experience with event settlements, booking calendars, or related financial/event documentation.
