Booking Agent

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Position Summary

Sparta Networking is seeking Booking Agents to assist customers with travel reservations, scheduling requests, account updates, and general booking questions.

This is a customer-facing phone position for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a structured team environment. Training is provided, so previous experience in travel or reservations is not required.

Available Shifts

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Saturday–Tuesday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Day-to-Day Duties

• Receive inbound calls from customers
• Assist with booking and reservation requests
• Review scheduling options and availability
• Make updates to customer accounts
• Enter accurate information into the system
• Answer general questions about services and bookings
• Help customers understand available options
• Route more complex requests to the appropriate team member

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and comfortable communicating by phone
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working with computers
• Able to enter information accurately
• Organized and attentive to details
• Willing to learn new systems and processes
• At least 18 years of age

Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, retail, office support, sales, or call center environments is helpful, but not required.
