The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in supporting travel planning and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with reservation requests and booking coordination
Provide information regarding travel options, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Communicate professionally with clients and travel suppliers
Support customers before, during, and after the booking process
Follow company procedures and service standards
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
Reliable internet connection and personal computer required
Prior customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred but not required
