Production Worker - Turkey Warehouse

Pay: $17.40/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

About the Role:

Join our team as a Production Worker in a turkey processing warehouse. This full-time position involves performing physical tasks in a cold environment, supporting processing operations with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to sanitation standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform processing and handling of turkey products in a cold environment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with weighing, lifting, and moving products up to 40 pounds
• Support unloading and assembly line tasks as directed by team members
• Operate warehouse equipment and assembly line machinery as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Capable of standing for long periods
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on assembly lines or in general warehouse roles
• Prior experience in food processing or sanitation practices
