JOB SUMMARY
ESCO Plastics, part of Colson Group, is investing in a new automated polyurethane manufacturing line at its Magnolia, Texas facility. This strategic expansion will introduce advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and modern production processes to support future business growth. The Bonding Process Operator is responsible for applying polyurethane-to-metal bonding agents, controlling adhesive process conditions, supporting core pre-heating activities, and documenting critical bonding parameters prior to polyurethane casting. This is an onsite, first shift position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM with overtime as required. Pay for this role is $17.00 per hour. In order to be compliant with OSHA standards, this position requires use of a respirator, and employees in the role will need to undergo respirator training as well as maintain a clean-shaven appearance.
